To Be Believed to Be Seen is a comic created for the 2023 Iron Circus anthology Failure to Launch. From the Iron Circus website:

Failure to Launch is a light-hearted, non-fiction tour of (so far!) unrealized technological and societal advances promised in years past, but which never came to be. What could have been, but wasn't.

To Be Believed to Be Seen is an epistolary story about Aino, a young widow who gets swept in with the Korpela doomsday cult. The Korpela cult was real and existed primarily in the Tornio river valley in the 1930-40s Finland. The cult’s leader Siikavaara prophesied an upcoming apocalypse and a silver crystal zeppelin that would take all true believers to Palestine to witness it.

The crowdfunding campaign for Failure to Launch finished in the spring, gathering 65 thousand dollars, significantly surpassing its 20 thousand USD goal. Currently, the books are on their way to the warehouse and eventually the backers.
